Phuket

Painstakingly uploaded a chunk of  them. Kudos to me.

So well, Phuket was one hell of an experience and almost like a dream come true to me.

  • Booked our trip 3 wks prior to our departure which was considered kind of a rush but it was spontaneity at its best.
  • Our hotel basically looked like it was sponsored w Apple products but i totally loved it. Apple fan 4 lyfe.
  • Asians are barely noticeable there because the whole place seems to be flooded w Caucasians. No surprise when so many of 'em thought we're the locals. Honestly dude...
  • Rented a Yaris and this little thing took us everywhere in Phuket, of course w hun being the navigator. Love all the moments when we're cruising down the streets playing the hits from the 100 baht CDs that we bought.
  • Sleeping and waking up next to the love of my life.
  • Visiting massage parlours every.single.day
  • Sleazy night scene.
  • Wrestling on the beach. It's beyond me to know what pleasure hun has by flipping and tossing me around like a ragdoll w all the WWE moves when i obviously can't win. Then there's the cat fight/bikini battle royal match btwn Pan and Hel pheewooweet.
  • Phail movie marathon because we were so zonked out by the end of the night.
  • Getting severe muscle aches with the cause unknown up to this day. Highly suspected to be from the go-karting although i loved this activity the most.
  • Almost missing our flight all thanks to the immigration officers at the checkpoint who couldn't care less that there are people who are actually rushing to board the plane. Our flight was at 0925 and we only got on the plane at 0950. Had our names announced on the PA system and the looks on everyone's faces when we 4 scrambled to our seats were ... schweet.

***

As i key in those details on the wretched web and see the same old pop up, my heart dies a little each time.
As it dies, most of the pain and disappointment goes w it too.
It's just a matter of time before im completely numb and empty. All i want is please somebody, speed up this process and cut the thread that's holding me together.

I'd really like to break into pieces and fix myself back up so that i can move on and don't look back again.

It's not the end result that kills. It's the wait that does.
